Kite & Key Media is a nonprofit digital media company that takes cutting-edge research from the world's best thinkers and translates them into clear and powerful videos -- while always citing their sources. 

 

Copernican partnered with Kite & Key to animate and produce this video about what makes America so different. Americans have no single shared origin or ethnicity, and our history is fraught with contradictions, but we are bound together by the same principles: freedom and equality for all.
